Chris Cart3r is a Denver-based rapper, singer, and songwriter originally from Louisville, Kentucky. Growing up in a music-loving family with a gospel singer for a great-grandmother, Cart3r became a self-described “music nerd” at a young age, listening to everything from Nas and Kid Cudi to Radiohead and Nirvana. He first began writing songs after being booed off a radio station for freestlyling, inspired by the lyricism of Kanye West’s critically-acclaimed album 808s & Heartbreak. Cart3r released his first track on major music platforms in 2019,
